The WNS series wet back fire tube boiler is a three-pass oil and gas-fired boiler. This design increases the flow path of flue gas, ensuring more complete combustion of the fuel and thus improving thermal efficiency. The advantage of the wet back design is that the rear combustion chamber is a wet back chamber immersed in water, eliminating the trouble of burnout. The wet back combustion chamber being surrounded by water also increases the radiation heat transfer area and heat transfer efficiency of the boiler. The boiler also utilizes a condenser at the rear to recover the residual heat in the flue gas, lowering the exhaust temperature and achieving energy savings.
High Thermal Efficiency: By increasing the flow path of flue gas and utilizing the wet back design, the combustion of fuel is more thorough, resulting in improved thermal efficiency.
Eco-Efficient: The boiler incorporates condenser technology to harness the residual heat in the flue gas and convert it into reusable energy. This reduces the temperature of emitted flue gas, minimizing environmental pollution and achieving energy savings.
