Case Introduction

The Tunisian customer is a large food processing factory, mainly doing seafood products processing. The customer urgently needed a new gas-fired steam boiler to replace the old one to provide stable high-temperature steam for the production line. In the food industry, the most important thing is the hygiene and production safety of the products, so when the customer communicated with ZOZEN’s design team, he clearly required that the steam quality must meet the requirements. Taking into account the actual production characteristics and steam consumption, ZOZEN customized the food factory gas boiler system with a high quality steam output of 3 tons per hour.

ZOZEN Boiler produces WNS series gas-fired steam boilers, which are fire tube boilers with large hearth design, reasonable structure, sufficient steam storage space and heating surface, reasonable steam ladle size and steam-water separator configuration can effectively reduce steam with water, effectively guaranteeing the quality of steam. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with an advanced low-NOx burner, which enables the natural gas fuel to burn more fully and the NOx emission is lower than 30mg/nm3, fully complying with the strict local emission standards of the project. In addition, the WNS model is a typical condensing boiler, which effectively absorbs the waste heat in the flue gas through new condensing technology, increasing the boiler inlet water temperature while reducing the exhaust smoke temperature, with energy-saving devices to make the boiler thermal efficiency to more than 98%.
