Distilleries usually need steam boilers to provide large amounts of steam for both distillation and fermentation processes, so high efficiency and stability are two aspects that distillery customers pay more attention to in the process of purchasing industrial steam boilers. Through careful analysis of the steam consumption of the winery’s production line, the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler with advanced low temperature combustion technology was customized to provide 25 tons of steam per hour for the winery production line.

SHX25-1.25-AI model boilers have optimized the separator structure, which can capture finer unburned particles and promote multiple cycles of combustion, greatly reducing the carbon content of the tail fly ash, resulting in a significant increase in boiler thermal efficiency of up to 89% or more.

In addition, SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts mature high-efficiency and low-pollution clean coal technology, which can make the NOx emission concentration only about 100mg/Nm3 and realize high-efficiency direct desulfurization during the combustion process, and its outstanding environmental protection effect has been highly recognized by the winery customers.
