Case Introduction

In the tire manufacturing process, steam plays an indispensable role in multiple critical production stages. Starting from the initial rubber mixing phase, steam is used to preheat the internal mixer, allowing the rubber material to be thoroughly and evenly mixed at the right temperature, ensuring the quality and adhesion of the raw materials. Next, during the calendering and extrusion stages, steam continuously heats the equipment, ensuring the flexibility and moldability of the rubber so it can be smoothly shaped and pressed to the required thickness. During the tire shaping process, steam-heated forming machines precisely control temperature to enable effective bonding of various tire components. Under the operation of the forming machine, semi-finished components like the tire body, sidewall, and tread are gradually combined, building the initial structure of the tire.
