Case Introduction

Hua Su Plastic Industry Sdn. Bhd. has been specializing in the processing and manufacturing of plastics and related materials since its establishment in 2017. To ensure high-quality products, Hua Su’s production line requires a continuous and stable supply of high-temperature steam, while the year-round hot and humid climate in Malaysia presents extreme challenges for equipment durability. To address this challenge, Hua Su chose ZOZEN Boiler as the supplier for its steam system.

In response to Hua Su’s needs, ZOZEN Boiler customized the WNS3-1.25-Y.Q three-pass oil steam boiler. This boiler features a threaded smoke tube and wet-back sealed structure, effectively enhancing thermal efficiency to achieve 100% thermal performance. Furthermore, the key components of the boiler have passed Malaysia’s DOSH certification, ensuring the equipment’s safety and reliability in the local environment.

To further improve operational efficiency and convenience, ZOZEN Boilers also equipped Hua Su with an IoT remote monitoring module. This module allows Hua Su’s management team to monitor the boiler’s operating status in real-time, while ZOZEN’s technical team provides online diagnostics and remote support. Since its commissioning, the boiler has been running with zero failures, fully demonstrating the high efficiency and stability of ZOZEN Boiler.
