YQW Series horizontal thermal oil heating systems utilize thermal oil as the heat transfer medium to achieve high-temperature operation while ensuring ease of operation and system safety. Compared to traditional hindustrial boilers, the thermal oil boiler has a higher thermal efficiency, making it easier to troubleshoot and maintain, and it also has a longer service life. Equipped with a waste heat recovery device, it further improves the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler by utilizing the waste heat from high-temperature flue gas.
High Temperature Stability: The YQW series thermal oil system utilizes a special thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, providing excellent high temperature stability. It can maintain stable thermal conductivity and heat transfer efficiency in high temperature environments, making it suitable for industrial processes that require high temperature heating.
Precise Control: The thermal oil system is equipped with advanced temperature control devices and automation systems, allowing precise control of the temperature of the heating equipment. This precise temperature control helps maintain process stability and consistency, improving product quality.
Environmental-friendly Performance: The system uses advanced low-nitrogen burners, resulting in nitrogen oxide emissions of less than 30mg/Nm³. This ensures excellent environmental performance and reduced impact on air quality.
Easy Operation and Maintenance: The system is designed in a horizontal structure, allowing it to be delivered as a complete unit. It has a short installation period and is easy to operate and maintain, providing convenience for users in their daily operations and maintenance tasks.
