The WNS series oil fired condensing boiler incorporates advanced condensing technology to achieve high energy efficiency and low emissions. It features a horizontal, three-pass structure design, with an internal corrugated furnace and efficient threaded smoke tubes, ensuring a thermal efficiency of over 98%.
The core technology of the boiler lies in the application of the condensing heat exchanger. By recovering residual heat from the exhaust gases, it condenses water vapor in the flue gas into liquid water, releasing latent heat and significantly reducing exhaust gas temperature to improve thermal efficiency. Additionally, the condensing technology effectively reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, meeting international environmental standards.
The WNS series oil fired condensing boiler is compact, space-saving, and operates with low noise, making it ideal for applications in food processing, chemical industries, textile dyeing, and central heating systems.
