At the heart of the WNS series fire tube type boiler lies a three-pass heat exchange design, maximizing the utilization of thermal energy generated during combustion. Fuel is atomized by the burner, and the resulting flame fills the wave-shaped furnace chamber, radiating heat through the furnace walls—this constitutes the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the reburning chamber before flowing through the second pass, which consists of threaded smoke tubes for enhanced convective heat transfer. As the temperature decreases, the flue gas continues to the third pass—smooth tube bundles—before finally exiting through the rear smoke box, passing through a condensing economizer, and being discharged via the chimney.
