WNS series oil-fired boilers adopt large diameter furnace space, which is more conducive to achieving full combustion of fuel and further improving combustion efficiency. ZOZEN’s boilers are made of high quality aluminosilicate fiber and then insulated with refractory mud to effectively control heat loss and keep the furnace temperature below 45℃, with less heat dissipation from the shell, good insulation and less heat loss. This series of boilers, through the use of utility model patent – condensing technology, fully absorbs the waste heat in the exhaust flue gas and raises the boiler inlet water temperature while lowering the exhaust flue gas temperature to 60°C. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased to over 98%, thus saving operating costs.
