The three-pass heat exchange process begins in the corrugated furnace. The hot flue gases converge within the regenerative chamber and are diverted to the second pass, the spiral flue tube bundle area. Finally, the flue gases pass through an optimized third pass, then through the rear flue box, into the economizer and chimney, and ultimately into the atmosphere. Flue gas from the furnace combustion enters the burner chamber and convection tube bundle area through the flue outlet at the rear of the furnace. It then deflects from the front left side of the boiler to the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, before entering the flue and chimney for exhaust to the atmosphere. During this process, optimal steam drum size and separator configuration reduce steam carryover, ensuring high steam quality and improving system thermal efficiency. Furthermore, the front and rear walls of the boiler body utilize a membrane-type wall structure, significantly extending their service life to over 20 years. Fully sealed welding between the membrane wall and the upper and lower drums prevents smoke and water leakage.
