Case Introduction
The customer is a Saudi Arabia-based manufacturer specializing in the research, development, and production of pet food and related products, with sales reaching markets worldwide.
As production capacity expanded, the customer needed an efficient and reliable boiler system to meet the diverse steam and hot water requirements in the production process. Considering the petroleum-based energy structure in Saudi Arabia, the customer required boilers fueled by diesel.
ZOZEN Boiler provided two skid-mounted WNS series boilers, including one 4-ton steam boiler and one 2.1 MW hot water boiler, designed and delivered based on the customer’s actual needs. These boilers play an important role in different stages of production—mainly for raw material sterilization, equipment cleaning, and other high-temperature processes on the production line, as well as supplying process hot water and environmental heating for the plant.
The skid-mounted design simplified on-site installation and commissioning, significantly shortening the construction period and meeting the customer’s requirement for rapid production startup. During project execution, ZOZEN Boiler dispatched engineers to the site for installation and commissioning, and promptly shipped spare parts when necessary to ensure uninterrupted production. The customer highly praised ZOZEN Boiler for both equipment quality and service efficiency.
