Coal-fired Thermal Oil Heaters in Malaysia

Thermal oil heaters are new type of industrial special boiler with high efficiency, safety, energy saving and environmental protection. It transfers heat through heat-conducting oil and transfers heat to thermal equipment, so as to ensure the stable operation of thermal equipment. YLW series coal-fired thermal oil heaters are assembled with square coil horizontal chain grate, and the chain grate and boiler body are separated from each other. The boiler adopts chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with drum and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with slag discharge machine to realize mechanical slag discharge. Runtime fuel from coal hopper fall on combustion, after high temperature flue gas passes through the arch reflection before entering to the furnace hearth, after radiation heating surface radiation heat transfer in the convective heating surface for convective heat transfer, and then leads to the waste heat boiler, again into the air preheater, finally into the dust, dust removal after northwards by induced draft fan through the chimney flue gas into the atmosphere.

When the new boiler is in use, first boil the oil, because the heat conduction oil contains moisture, then the auxiliary exhaust valve should be opened to facilitate exhaust, when the oil is cooked to close immediately. Otherwise, the heat conducting oil in the boiler will deteriorate, because the heat conducting oil will oxidize rapidly in contact with the air at high temperature, resulting in the deterioration of the heat conducting oil. The heat conduction oil boiler ignition heating must follow the principle of “one slow two stop”, one slow that is, the heating rate should be slow, two stop that is, in two temperature sections of 120 ℃ — 150 ℃ and 210 ℃ — 230 ℃ to stop heating, maintain this temperature for a period of time.
