Wuxi Pacific Fertilizer Co., Ltd., established in 1994, is a large-scale compound fertilizer manufacturer in East China. The company produces economical and high-quality compound fertilizers with great market demands and sales volume. Considering that compound fertilizers with high concentration and long effect have better market prospect, Pacific Fertilizer decided to enlarge the fertilizer production line via renewing the boiler equipment. The distillation, drying, and reaction processes in the fertilizer production have a great impact on the quality of fertilizer particles, and these processes depend on the heating support of industrial boiler. The WNS series oil steam boiler purchased by Pacific Fertilizer is a kind of horizontal fire tube boiler with internal combustion designed by ZOZEN Boiler. It adopts the large-diameter corrugated furnace and threaded smoke tubes which can strengthen the heat transfer and improve the boiler’s thermal efficiency. At the same time, there are energy-saving devices such as the condenser at the tail of boiler to lower the exhaust gas temperature to 60℃ and further enhance the boiler’s overall thermal efficiency to over 98%.
