SZS series hot water boiler adopts double D type membrane wall furnace structure.The boiler is composed of top (middle), bottom tube, membrane water cooling wall, convection heat exchange tube bundle, superheater, tail economizer and condenser.Full automatic burner, with ignition program control and overpressure, flameout, gas leakage protection automatic control system.Single stroke of convection tube bundle, reduce flue gas lateral resistance, optimal economic flow rate design, micro positive pressure combustion, improve heat transfer efficiency.
Combustion Chamber
The combustor adopts the full-film water-cooled wall structure, which has good sealing performance, no air leakage, less heat dissipation, increasing the heating surface of the boiler and improving the thermal efficiency.
Full membrane wall structure, good rigidity of furnace and flue, strong anti-explosion ability, safe operation.
Large Furnace Design
With larger furnace volume, section width and length size, suitable for a variety of burner layout.Convenient arrangement of multiple burners.The fuel stays longer in the furnace, burning more fully and efficiently.
Large furnace size, meet the requirements of ultra-low nitrogen combustion, combined with the burner can make NOx emissions meet the environmental requirements of use.
The water wall and convective heat transfer surface of furnace are arranged more, the boiler heats up quickly, the boiler water capacity is large, the operation is safe and stable.
Automatic Control System
The boiler adopts advanced mechatronics automatic control technology. Full automatic burner, with ignition program control and overpressure, flameout, gas leakage protection automatic control system.
Insulation System
The boiler uses high quality thermal insulation material and special construction technology, which has small heat loss and saves fuel.
