Global Robina Corporation (URC), one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage products companies in the Philippines, needed a high quality coal-fired water tube boilers as the core heating unit for its production line as the market demand increased.

As an industrial boiler manufacturer, ZOZEN has over 30 years of experience in making and selling water tube boilers, providing boiler system solutions and high quality boiler products to many companies in the Philippines. After a field investigation, ZOZEN engineers customized the SZL series coal-fired steam boiler system for URC. This series of boilers have the advantages of large output and high efficiency. The furnace adopts a tightly arranged membrane wall tube structure to ensure a larger radiant heating area. In addition, to improve economic efficiency, the boiler is equipped with a separate air compartment through which the user can adjust the air volume to ensure complete combustion of the fuel.
