After a thorough understanding of the requirements of paper mill production line, the ZOZEN technical team optimized and arranged the furnace arch, furnace chamber and furnace heating surface according to the characteristics of the coal, adjusted the ratio of primary air to secondary air, and optimized the layout of secondary air to make the fuel burn more efficiently. ZOZEN has customised a more cost-effective boiler exhaust gas treatment system for Baheer Group. It adopts the method of cyclone dust removal + wet scrubber. After filtration, dust removal and dust removal, the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 98%, the desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 85%, and the dust emission concentration can be reduced to 250mg/Nm3.

SZL series steam boiler adopts assembly structure, the overall structure of the boiler is compact, the site installation is convenient, and the boiler system installation time is mainly in the boiler room infrastructure and auxiliary machine installation. In order to ensure the installation progress and quality of the project, ZOZEN boiler engineers were stationed at the boiler project site in Afghanistan for 2 months to fully cooperate with the customer to complete the installation and commissioning of the boiler.
