Xianghe Fengfeng Food Co., Ltd. is a large-scale soy products manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, and distribution. The facility covers 21,300 square meters and is recognized as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization, a National Demonstration Enterprise for Agricultural Product Processing, and a Hebei Provincial Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Science and Technology. Its product line includes dried tofu, vegetarian chicken, tofu skins, and tofu-based products, with stringent requirements for temperature stability, environmental cleanliness, and food safety throughout production.

Soy product processing involves multiple steps and complex heat loads, with common challenges including:

Unstable temperature control: Processes such as frying, drying, and sterilization are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, which can cause inconsistent color, moisture deviations, and reduced yield.
High energy consumption: Traditional steam systems suffer from condensate losses and substantial heat dissipation in piping networks, leading to low overall energy utilization.
Hygiene and safety: High-pressure steam systems impose strict safety requirements and are prone to scaling and corrosion, affecting stable operation and the food workshop environment.
Solution:
ZOZEN Boiler configured one 12 million kcal/h gas-fired thermal oil heater for Xianghe Fengfeng Food. The system delivers a stable high-temperature heat source of 320°C at relatively low system pressure, meeting high-temperature needs for frying and drying while enhancing safety.

Precise temperature control and fast response: A fully closed circulation and ample heat exchange surface, combined with automatic control, enable fine temperature regulation, reducing color variance and moisture fluctuation.
Clean and environmentally friendly: Advanced low-NOx combustion technology achieves NOx emissions ≤30 mg/Nm³, meeting stringent standards in regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.

The ZOZEN Boiler thermal oil system heats up quickly with precise temperature control. Fluctuations in the frying line and drying section have significantly decreased, resulting in more uniform product color.
