The WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is fire tube, three-pass, gas/oil fired wet back boiler. The WNS series wet back boiler adopts advanced combustion technology and heat recovery devices, achieving an energy utilization efficiency of over 98%, making them energy-saving and environmentally friendly. These boilers are manufactured using high-quality materials, ensuring a robust structure and reliable operation, allowing for long continuous working periods. Equipped with an advanced automatic control system, the boilers can achieve automatic start-up, regulation, and protection, offering simple operation, safety, and reliability. They can be fueled by different options according to user requirements, including natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, biomass, providing strong flexibility. High Thermal Efficiency: The wet back structure of the boiler provides a larger internal heat exchange area, allowing the high-temperature flue gas to directly contact the water, fully utilizing the heat energy and improving thermal efficiency.
Rapid Steam Generation: Wet back boiler can quickly convert water into steam, with a fast response speed. They are suitable for scenarios that require quick startup and a large supply of steam, such as chemical production lines and food processing plants.
