Steam Boiler Factory in Iraq

ZOZEN as a steam boiler factory in Iraq project for the local power plant equipped with a WNS series diesel boiler as the power plant start-up boiler, mainly for the power plant boiler start-up to prepare for the role of de-oxygenation and preheating. This WNS series oil fired steam boiler is one of the most technically mature boiler products from ZOZEN Boiler Works. This steam boiler for Iraqi power plant has a capacity of 1tph, working pressure of 0.7Mpa, and is fueled by diesel oil.

In this power plant start-up boiler project, ZOZEN Boiler was the first to address the customer’s needs and solve the problem of connecting the boiler control system to the user’s DCS control system. The WNS series oil-fired steam boiler has the advantages of high automation, stable operation and sufficient steam output. At the same time, more signal acquisition and control points are added according to the actual needs of the customer, and the boiler control cabinet is equipped with an advanced IoT module for remote monitoring and communication.

WNS series oil diesel fired boilers with capacities from 1 to 20 tons are shipped fully assembled, effectively saving the cost of industrial steam boiler installation, without any other building structures and special installation procedures except for water supply, gas supply and electrical connection accessories.
