ZOZEN Boiler Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Scheme

Boiler condensate recovery technology refers to the technology of recovering condensate from steam in steam-using equipment through recovery devices and sending it to boilers or other heat-using places for secondary use, which has a very good effect of energy and water saving. For the Ningxia Pantai Energy project, ZOZEN Boiler provided a gas-fired steam boiler solution in combination with condensate recovery technology. Considering that Ningxia Pantai Energy’s steam-using unit is mainly heated indirectly by steam, which is exothermic in a closed pipe, the process steam is not contaminated and meets the boiler make-up water standard. Therefore, the exothermic low-temperature steam is returned to the steam condenser, condensed and reheated to steam by the gas-fired steam boiler. In this way, Ningxia Pantai Energy’s steam loss is only about 3%, effectively reducing the amount of water used in the boiler.

At the same time, condensate used as boiler make-up water also increases the temperature of boiler feed water and reduces the amount of fuel used. The average temperature of general boiler make-up water is 20℃, and the temperature of steam condensate recovery is about 70℃. Under the same conditions, the higher temperature of the water heated into steam absorbs less heat energy, which greatly saves fuel consumption and makes the boiler operate at a lower cost.

The high quality of ZOZEN gas steam boiler is obvious to all. SZS series gas boiler has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, low emission and fully automatic operation. The boiler combustion chamber adopts narrow pitch tube and membrane water-cooled wall, with good gas tightness and low heat loss. In order to meet the environmental protection emission, the boiler is equipped with an advanced low-NOx burner as an option, together with the flue gas external circulation technology to effectively control the generation of NOx. After testing, the actual NOx emission concentration of ZOZEN gas boiler is lower than 30mg/Nm³, which is better than the environmental protection standard and has been affirmed and praised by users.
