Case Introduction
The customer needed a biomass boiler for processing and producing edible oil, and a steam boiler to provide high quality steam for drying and softening and heating of materials. Based on the actual needs of the edible oil plant customer, ZOZEN engineers recommended the DZL series 4 ton biomass boiler, which can provide high temperature steam at 194 degrees and fully meets the requirements of the processing line.
The 4 ton DZL biomass steam boiler is equipped with a full set of auxiliary equipment, including control cabinet, blower, induced draft fan, secondary fan, water treatment equipment, steam divider, chimney, flue pipe, dust collector, etc. The customer is very satisfied with the operation of the boiler.
