Case Introduction
Wood processing process needs steam to provide heat source for synthesis, drying and other processes in timber Industry, and the most popular furnace type is gas steam boiler at present. The customer wanted to purchase a 20 ton per hour steam output boiler and had clear requirements for the stability of the boiler’s operation and emission standards. After carefully analyzing the customer’s needs, ZOZEN’s engineers customized the SZS series gas boiler for the wood processing line. This boiler body adopts full-film water-cooled wall structure, which has good air tightness and effectively improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler; and with the large volume furnace chamber design and the optional European original imported low-NOx burner, the NOx generation is effectively suppressed and the NOx emission can be lower than 30mg/Nm3.
